Delivery to the department of "New Mail"

 

After placing the order, our employee will call you back and indicate the approximate date of receipt of the selected item.

Shipping is paid by seller. Be careful, when ordering, specify the name and surname of the person who will receive the parcel, as well as the number of the branch of “New Mail”. Attention! The commission for cash on delivery (2% of the amount of cash on delivery + 20 UAH.) Is paid at the “New Mail” department by the customer.

How to pick up an order from the new post office:

You will receive an SMS-notification from the company “New Mail” to your phone number with the specified invoice number and a branch where you can pick up the parcel. For your convenience, the package will be stored in the office for 5 days. At the expiration of the specified period the package is returned to the seller. Upon receipt of the order, in order to avoid misunderstandings, you must necessarily have documents proving your identity.

 

Costs for the cancellation of the order and the return of the goods are paid by the seller.
